These Terms of Use govern your use of the Rehua mobile application and website provided by Hashcode Software - FZCO. By using Rehua, you agree to these terms.

Using Rehua

Rehua provides short language-learning videos, practice activities and reminders. You may use Rehua for personal, non-commercial learning purposes and only in compliance with applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Rehua, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate excessive requests, copy or redistribute protected content, bypass technical restrictions, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Content and intellectual property

Rehua, including its software, design, lessons, videos, branding and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Hashcode Software - FZCO and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Rehua; they do not transfer ownership.

Learning results

Rehua is an educational aid. Progress, translations and pronunciation feedback may not always be complete or error-free, and individual learning results vary. You remain responsible for how you use information from the service.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or remove features or content to improve Rehua, comply with law or protect the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You may stop using Rehua at any time.

Third-party services

Rehua may use or link to app stores and other third-party services. Their separate terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehua is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Hashcode Software - FZCO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Rehua. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Rehua changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
